Therapy Practice Specializing in
Relationship Therapy and Trauma Processing
Life is full of twists and turns, and relationships often reflect that same complexity. Whether you’re on a journey of personal healing, working through relationship challenges, or stepping into a new life phase, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to help you carve out a path that leads to more peace, deeper connections, and a truer understanding of yourself and those around you.
In therapy, I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel weighed down by patterns, trauma, or stress that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and open up space for growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
Explore the links below for insights into the areas I often work with in therapy. But please know, you don’t need a specific agenda or clear-cut goal to benefit from our time together. You’re welcome just as you are, to bring whatever’s on your mind that week. While these are areas where I have advanced training and experience, therapy tends to weave in and out of different spheres. Life is blurry and struggles tend to blend, such as childhood patterns showing up in adult connections.
There’s no “right” way to do therapy. You’re invited to bring any piece of your life you’d like to explore, even if it’s hard to name. Agendas are welcome but never required—this space is for you. Whether you come with a list of topics or none at all, we’ll shape our work to meet you exactly where you are.

With experience addressing communication challenges, conflict resolution, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), polyamory, infidelity, and financial disconnect, I help couples navigate diverse and complex situations. Whether you're navigating new relationship structures, struggling with trust, or preparing for a future together through premarital counseling, I provide a non-judgmental, supportive space to explore your relationship's unique needs. While I am a Gottman Level 2 therapist, we also have many methods and tools available to explore what's going on within your relationship. It will always be tailored to your needs, not a prescribed curriculum.
Grief is an experience that can leave you feeling as though you've lost your footing, with moments of sadness, anger, and sometimes numbness woven into your days. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life dream, or a vision of the future you expected, I’m here to walk beside you. Together, we’ll create a compassionate space where all your feelings are welcome, where we can explore your loss and uncover ways to bring comfort and meaning as you integrate the grief into your future.
Living with complex PTSD can feel deeply overwhelming, with trauma responses that can surface suddenly and powerfully, making daily life and connections to others potentially a struggle. In our work together, I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate space where we can gently address what's happened to you. My goal is to help you move from merely surviving to a place where you are truly authentic in your own body and life, and capable of thriving. We’ll explore and process any emotional wounds with care and intention. I also offer EMDR intensives that can be done alongside any ongoing work with another therapist.
High-control religious settings often enforce strict rules around behavior, identity, and worth, leading many to feel adrift, anxious, or unworthy when they break away. Even if you've deconstructed, you might be disheartened to see the ways it still impacts your internal experience. If you’re processing the impact of a controlling religious experience, I’d love to help you explore the ways it's showing up for you. In our sessions, we’ll examine those layers of control, giving you the freedom to heal, find your voice, and create a life of autonomy and self-connection.
Becoming a parent is an experience like no other—filled with joy, challenges, and the sense that you’ve entered a whole new world. As a Bringing Baby Home Facilitator with advanced training in perinatal mental health, I’m here to support you in those early days and beyond -- offering empathy, guidance, and practical tools for navigating new parenthood. But my support extends beyond that, as I’m here for every stage of the parenting journey: from the shifts that come when your child becomes a teenager, to the complex emotions of launching them into adulthood. Whatever phase you’re navigating, I’m committed to helping you adapt and strengthen your family bonds along the way.
Dealing with a chronic illness, whether it’s your own or a loved one’s, can feel like a heavy weight to carry. It can affect not just your health but also your emotions and relationships. Together, we can talk about your experiences and develop practical tools to help you manage the emotional impact.
When someone close to you struggles with a personality disorder, it can be emotionally draining and difficult to maintain healthy boundaries. The constant tension and unpredictability can make it challenging to establish healthy boundaries and find your footing. I’m here to support you in navigating these feelings and experiences. Together, we’ll explore the emotional toll it takes and develop sustainable strategies to prioritize your well-being. You deserve to feel grounded and connected, even amidst the complexities of your relationship. Let’s work together to reclaim your space and peace of mind.
