EMDR Intensives
Exploring EMDR Intensives with Sarahbeth
If you’re feeling stuck, weighed down by a particular memory, or realizing that while talking helps, it may not be enough on its own... EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can offer a different path to healing.
EMDR helps the brain process and release painful or traumatic memories, so that they lose their intense emotional charge. People often find EMDR supportive for issues like childhood trauma, distress related to a life transition, lingering fears after a difficult event, or anxiety and shame that feel hard to shake.
I offer EMDR intensives—focused sessions that last 2 or 3 hours—designed to make gentle yet meaningful progress in a shorter time. These intensives can be especially helpful if you’re already working with another practitioner and want a one-time or occasional boost toward feeling freer and more at ease in your own skin.
A 2-hour intensive is $300 (including all materials and resources), and a 3-hour intensive is $450. Weekend scheduling options are sometimes available, so please reach out if that timing might be right for you.
Every step of the way, my goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and respected. Before we begin, I invite you to review the Preparing for EMDR guide. This resource offers insights into what to expect and how you might settle into the process with more confidence.
Whether this is your first time exploring EMDR or you’re returning to address a specific issue, I’m here to support you as an ally in your healing process. Feel free to get in touch if you have questions or would like more information—together, we can help you move toward greater resilience and peace.
